Cartridge Problem

One or more cartridges appear to be missing or damaged.

Suggested Action: Try replacing the affected cartridge with a different, non-empty, cartridge. Try hard power cycling the printhead by removing the power cord and waiting 10 seconds. If problem continues, please contact your dealer.
