Printhead Wiper Motor Stall (Post OOBE)

There is a problem with the printer or print system and printing is unavailable. When the service station tried to move to its home position it was unable to move freely.

Suggested Actions:
Try using the “Clear error” button to clear the error.
Ensure nothing is blocking the path of the service station.
Open service station door to see if there is any blockage causing the service station to stall prematurely.
Eject service station and reinstall.
Try hard power cycling the printhead by removing the power cord and waiting 10 seconds.
